Let's redirect your thoughts from negative mind clutters to positive thoughts.
To get the ball rolling, write down 3 good things that you did in the last 24 hours.
Next, if you are preparing for an interview, jot down 3 things that you have done to prove that you have what it takes for this job. You can use these examples to answer questions in your interview. But, even if you don't have the opportunity to use it in the interview, it helps to have these thoughts swimming in the back of your mind while you are in the interview session.
